Position Details
Position Description: This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 or 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MUST
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – MUST
Extensive experience in end-to-end ServiceNow development, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Portal
ServiceNow Administration with expertise in Server installation and configuration, platform upgrades, instance cloning, and performance optimization for system reliability and efficiency
Experience in gathering core configuration requirements from stakeholders, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers
