Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the Service Technician role is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of the Hypex Bio operational units at customer sites by executing installation, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with defined technical procedures and standards. The role acts as a key technical link between the organization and its customers by providing hands‑on service support, preventivemaintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs, while delivering technical training to ensure correctand compliant use of the equipment.
