Customer Repair Operation (CRO) Ensure the diagnosis of ISC instruments. Issue out repair quote. Issue out certificates for instruments. Carry out the repair once the estimate has been accepted or the instrument is under warranty.
2. iNet Fulfillment
Prepare iNet equipment for new contract, addendum and replacement. Prepare instrument in line with iNet exchange program.
3. Rental order
Preparation of rental equipment according to Customer request Establish the delivery slip, relevant certification and move to shipping department. 4. Internal Repair Operation (IRO)
Clean and repair iNet and Rental instruments back from the field.
