Join our committed team at Ericsson as a Service Support Specialist. The scope of this area is to answer the current North America 800 EHS line and act as the first line of response — capturing, logging, and routing both EHS and security incidents.
Ticketing & Escalation - Collect information from callers
- Implement the ticketing process
- Refer cases to the appropriate EHS Prime for further follow‑through when needed
- Security Incident Reporting
- Execute Security Incident Reporting as part of the scope
