**Service Operations Manager**
**Location (non-negotiable) : Arras / France**
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Service Operations Manager - EU will lead, direct and coordinate all daily operations for the France (Arras) service center. They are responsible for delivering results through achieving on-time delivery of high-quality instruments that meet customer expectations, achieving monthly financial budget, and driving continuous improvement through the site. This person will guide the Service team (Depot, Fulfillment and Logistics) in their support of internal and external customer requirements and is responsible for meeting or exceeding all service center KPI's including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. This is accomplished through building an extraordinary team across the operation, providing guidance and direction to support consistent delivery of excellent customer service; every transaction, every time.
