Job Description:
As a Service Manager Germany, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the operational and technical activities of the After-Sales Service in Germany
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising field service technicians
- Monitoring warranties, contracts, and technical interventions
- Providing technical support for complex diagnostics
- Participating in customer meetings and monitoring SAV contracts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitoring SAV performance indicators (KPIs, costs, availability)
- Preparing activity reports and administrative follow-up
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Participating in continuous improvement actions for SAV processes
- Managing ERP / CRM / CMMS tools and the ticketing system
