What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues - handling requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose software and hardware problems, troubleshoot issues, and work proactively to identify root causes.
- Log incidents, track service requests, escalate complex issues when needed, and update resolution records.
- Assist with onboarding new users, setting up accounts, and configuring systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve support workflows and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
