We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Cloud Services to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Requirements for this role include: - A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.
