In this role, you will:

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

Contribute to the application of Human Resources policies and procedures

Support with the recruitment of hourly positions for the mine operations and maintenance teams

Sort and categorize applications, conduct pre-screens and schedule interviews

Assist with completion of pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, drug testing, offer letters and support with onboarding process

Assist with career fairs/info sessions

Collaborate on research and report writing for the human resources department

Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
