NUPI søker tre postdoktorer/seniorforskere (SKO 1109) til det tverrfaglige ERC-finansierte prosjektet Navigator, som undersøker bruk og misbruk av landprestasjonsindikatorer (CPI-er) i global styring. Hver av de tre stillingene er i utgangspunktet for to år, med mulighet for forlengelse avhengig av videre finansiering.

For all the studies documenting the effects of individual CPIs (good and bad), to date there has been little sustained theoretical and empirical research into how users choose between CPIs when faced with diversity, learn in light of considering criticism, and ultimately, why and how some CPIs become authoritative while others are marginalized.
