About the job This role is responsible for the officiating of Employee Relations and related matters for business departments within the company inclusive of a supportive function to Human Resources. Job responsibilities
In accordance with the company's articles of association, this includes handling employee relations-related work; Resolving employee complaints, labor disputes, and other issues; Being responsible for the review and approval of various disciplinary or religious regulations. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law, Psychology, or related fields. Preference is given to candidates familiar with Hungarian labor laws and local employment policies.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in employee relations. Experience in manufacturing, especially the automotive industry, is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in at least one HR module and the ability to quickly adapt to HR systems and perform basic data analysis.
