Senior UX Writer

We’re looking for a Senior UX Writer to join the Verisure Design Group and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital ecosystem. This senior position is embedded within our R&D organization and will take a lead on the UX writing discipline & content strategy and support a team of UX Writers based in Madrid and Malmö.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for driving consistency in our content strategy, tools, and writing standards globally. You’ll guide the team in crafting clear, user-centered content for digital interfaces, instructional materials, and device manuals—setting the tone for how we communicate with customers globally, with English as the primary language.

You’ll lead content initiatives for our consumer applications, mentor and support UX Writers and translators, and collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and Designers to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences. <...
