Senior Test Hardware Engineer (f/m/d)

Job Description

**Principal Accountabilities:**

+ Optical incoming inspection of ATE test hardware, evaluation and qualification boards and sockets for engineering and production test
+ Electrical verification using board checker on ATE and bench systems
+ Maintenance and repair hardware boards and sockets
+ Generate incoming and outgoing verification reports
+ Logistics of all hardware shipments from and to Nabern test floor
+ Generate test recipes for electrical inspection with the probe card analyzer
+ Conduct regular preventive maintenance and service of engineering test hardware

+ Drive continuous improvements for the verification process
+ Verify technical drawings regarding mechanical compatibility with tester, prober and handler
+ Support Operation teams solving hardware problems at OSATs by providing debugging guidance
