The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the Area Sales Managers with calling on prospective customers/target accounts and evaluating and providing technical support to Key, New and Existing account customers.
In this role, you will cover all the Puglia area.
Ensure customer quality and service expectations are met.Support customers with plant audits, trouble-shooting, general technical support and process development.Eliminate or reduces customer complaints.Help achieve or exceed sales and margin goals.Help increase volume growth.Communicate extended product knowledge in wood, Attend coatings seminars and trade shows pertinent to sales/marketing.Manage product trials at designated customer facilities.Support national accounts specifications approval process.Maintain contact with laboratory on current technical issues.Work closely with the laboratories.<...
