Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for a senior technical service representative, referred to as a senior service agent, who will develop and support the services team and create an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the Services team.
• Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk.
• Provide delivery and installation services for customers at their homes.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained.
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture.

Requirements

• 1 year of similar experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
