What you'll do:

• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate experience
• Own and drive projects that continuously improve and refine our hiring and onboarding processes, data initiatives, and other key talent programs.
• Able to organize and manage talent outreach. Along with ensuring that we are able to continuously target high-performing candidates
