Leverage expertise in project controls and lesson learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization.To provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex projects successfully.To facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects and that the best practices are identified and implemented.To analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation to identify areas of improvement and inform future project planning.To develop and maintain Lessons Learned tools and templates to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to deliver complex projects success...
