In this strategic role, you will lead training efforts for Claims Supervisors, focusing on technical support and monitoring through audits. Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze trends, resolve conflicts, and implement business processes that enrich both client and staff engagement. Your expertise will also contribute to discipline-specific learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching to Claims Supervisors for sound claims decisions
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in training
• Monitor trends and conduct data analysis
• Assist in resolving conflicts and escalated issues
• Support operational policies to ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the insurance industry
• Required post-secondary education
