In this role, you will:
Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to build out the Trusted Architecture governance framework, including architecture assessments, technology standards workflows, and pattern management. Translate EA processes—architecture reviews, standard updates, reference architecture governance—into actionable requirements and user stories. Support the development and ongoing management of reference architectures, application portfolio management and roadmaps, patterns, technology standards and API/Events Governance, ensuring clear traceability and alignment with the EA vision. Lead requirements gathering and workflow design for ServiceNow-based EA governance workflows, including intake, reviews, approvals, evidence collection, and reporting.
