Mars Canada seeks a Senior Tax Manager responsible for managing tax functions across all legal entities. This role requires a strong background in Canadian Tax, with extensive experience preferably gained in a Big 4 environment. You will leverage methodologies to drive tax compliance, planning, and audit support while mentoring a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive tax functional agenda for legal entities in Canada
• Advise on tax implications of restructuring and market strategy
• Manage day-to-day tax activities and compliance reporting
• Monitor and implement local tax policies and procedures
• Lead relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or Accounting
• CPA and strong Canadian Tax expertise preferred
