Based in São Paulo, this role operates at the intersection of talent management, branded content, influencer marketing, and commercial strategy.

This role serves as a key bridge between the creative vision of Team Liquid’s talent and the organization’s commercial opportunities. Beyond day-to-day talent management, this position focuses on identifying creator insights, developing creator-led commercial opportunities, and transforming talent ideas into scalable sponsored content initiatives, branded activations, and long-term partnership opportunities.
