Description

The Senior Talent Management Advisor supports internal clients in delivering complex programs and initiatives that are strategic in nature and have substantial implications for the organization’s performance. Talent Management (TM) focuses on diagnosing, designing and implementing talent programs, processes, projects, initiatives, capabilities and culture.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, development, execution, and sustainment of practical, fit‑for‑purpose programs such as talent assessments and succession planning, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, survey/listening strategy, early career development, leadership and employee development programs.
