On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to offer
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements/job descriptions are accurate
- Contribute towards creating an excellent candidate experience
- Attend careers and university events
Requirements
- BA degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field; MA in Human Resources will be an asset
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Tech Industry or Manufacturing Industry
- Familiar with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub...
