We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams within the Canadian Banking Products Engineering team.
Responsibilities
Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintaining a comprehensive view of domain system needs.
Document technical specifications accurately for both system and process changes.
Ensure sign-off and completeness of technical requirements from technology and business owners.
Investigate and resolve incidents independently; escalates complex issues as required.
Build relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across technology and business areas.
Prepare detailed progress reports and timely communications to key stakeholders and domain leads.
