Senior Strategy & Operations Manager – Business Operations

As an early member of the Business Strategy team, you will translate high‑level strategy into operational plans, identify key opportunities, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that drive long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive a major strategic theme: lead one of Jobber’s top priorities end‑to‑end, shape strategy, define success metrics, and partner with R&D, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to align plans and deliver measurable results.
• Evaluate and accelerate new opportunities: develop business cases for ideas sourced across the company, assess build/buy/partner options, quantify impact, and guide decisions that advance long‑term growth.
