Role - Lead Salesforce Developer
Location - Remote Canada

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with business and understand the requirement and conduct feasibility analysis of available solution approachesWork with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the CRM solution including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development workPerform code reviews and ensure team follows best practices and SFDC Coding Standards.Lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of the solution.Communicate closely with the rest of the technology development teams, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.
