Senior Specialist – TSX Listings

The Senior Specialist is a key member of the TSX Listings team. The role reports to the Managing Director of TSX Listings and works closely with a Senior Listings Manager and a Senior Listings Advisor to assist our TSX‑listed Toronto clients with corporate transactions and reporting. This hybrid position is based in Toronto, ON and requires 2–3 days in the office per week.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain internal files and systems and ensure timely input of data in various databases.
• Draft and review correspondence, bulletins and other materials pertaining to ongoing transactions.
• Process electronic Personal Information Forms in accordance with applicable policies.
• Maintain the archive system.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Managers.
