About the Role

To capitalize on the significant opportunity in South Europe and scale our impact with customers and prospects, we are seeking a Senior Solution Consulting Director, South Europe.

In this role, you will lead a growing organization of 45+ Workmates, including first‑line managers, Solution Consultants, and Enterprise Architects. You will be responsible for all segments (from Emerging and Mid‑Market through Large Enterprise and Strategic) and for the entire Workday portfolio.

You will drive an AI‑first, customer‑centric solution consulting strategy for South Europe, ensuring our teams are continually evolving their skills, stories, and selling motions to establish and reinforce Workday as the market‑leading AI platform for Finance, HR, and beyond.
