Senior Backend Engineer (Piece)

We are looking for a technical pillar to own the architecture, evolution, and operation of the backend and AI infrastructure for our first and main portfolio company. You will build and scale the systems that orchestrate our agents, process messages in real time, and sustain accelerated growth. This role is a building role, not maintenance.

• Backend architecture and evolution : Design and evolve microservices with a focus on scalability and maintainability; autonomously make technical decisions—including database modeling, API design, and stack choices.
