Responsibilities

• AI Automation & Engineering (Primary)
• Own Automation Initiatives: Design, build, and ship internal automation tools and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual toil across the organization
• Tool Integration: Connect AI systems with internal platforms (Slack, Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, etc.) using APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., n8n)
• Prompt & Context Engineering: Design, test, and iterate on prompts and context strategies for large language models to power reliable internal applications and assistants
• Engineering Standards: Write maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews and team engineering practices
• Reliability: Monitor automation performance, respond to failures, and continuously improve solutions based on feedback and usage
