Work Location: Site Based - min 18 months project duration

Pay: €75K-€90K, negotiable depending on experience

Experience: 10+years working with main contractors

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a prestigious hotel project based in Co Clare.

Supervision of the construction on site.

Management of all day-to-day onsite activity.

Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.

Support the project manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within budget.

Manage and motivate site teams.
