Job Description

My client a medium sized developer is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have worked as either a Senior Site Manager or a Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes/high volume and has experience of taking units from foundation to handovers

This scheme will be a 120+ units with a mix of private sale & HA & worked with LABC

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site/senior site manager looking to step away from the PLC world into a medium size business

Duties

Senior Site Manager - reporting to the Contract Manager

Potentially working with a SM, ASM or a Trainee ASM

Chair sub-subcontractor meetings

Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme

RAMS

Full understanding of H&S and ensuring its adhered to

Snagging of sub-contractor work
