Senior SEND EHCP Officer – Inclusion Service, Lancashire County Council

Location: Lancashire (Hybrid / Countywide)

Salary: £46,142 – £51,356 per annum

About the Role

You will manage a complex caseload of children and young people aged 0‑25, overseeing the full Education, Health and Care (EHC) process from assessment through to review, transition and, where appropriate, cessation. You will ensure plans are legally compliant, high‑quality and delivered within statutory timescales.

You will lead and chair reviews, contribute to and support tribunal preparation, mediation and panel decision‑making, and resolve complex issues through effective partnership working with families, settings and multi‑agency professionals.
