Overview
PTW, a global gaming services company, is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent for various Software Engineering, business roles and handling volume recruitment projects in the LATAM market, especially Brazil.
This role-holder will be reporting directly to our Studio Head in Brazil. This position will lead all the recruitment for the San Paulo studio and possibly be a mentor to other team members in this studio.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct in-person and video interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and handle offer letters and contracts.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
Analyze market data and compensation benchmarks to remain competitive.
