1. STRATEGY, EFFECTIVENESS AND POLICY ADVICE: The incumbent provides strategic and technical direction to ensure that IFAD-financed programmes and projects are designed and implemented effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with applicable corporate policies, standards and procedures.
