Senior Property Manager

Location: Toronto / GTA, Ontario

Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 base salary + benefits

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Operational Oversight

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential units across multiple properties.
• Ensure smooth integration and stabilization of newly acquired buildings, including onboarding of site teams, processes, and systems.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to on-site property management staff.
• Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
