Confidential Search. Bucci Developments is hiring a Senior Property Manager to lead operations of between 300 and 500 units in inner city locations.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day operations of a contemporary mixed‑use building — HVAC, mechanical, electrical, life safety
• Annual operating budget, monthly reporting, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
• Hiring and leading on‑site maintenance, leasing, and concierge teams
• Tenant experience, move‑ins/outs, and resident community programming
• Vendor management across landscaping, snow, cleaning, elevators, and access/security systems

Qualifications

• Active property‑management licence (Alberta)
• 5+ years in residential property management, with demonstrated experience in stewardship of first‑class assets
