Macdonald & Co. is partnered with a Class-A multifamily real estate developer in Washington DC to appoint a Senior Property Accountant.

The Senior Property Accountant, reporting to the Real Estate Accounting Manager, will develop a comprehensive understanding of the group’s properties, oversee property performance, and execute daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach to forecasting, preparing, and analyzing property financial packages, as well as preparing and reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and various cash flow analyses.
