Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategies and complex Terms and conditions negotiations (legal terms) for major capital and operational projects.

Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 3 days/week, and 2 days WFH.

Must Haves

• 15+ years in project procurement across capital project environments with commercial acumen and contract leadership
• Robust proficiency with EPC, equipment supply, and services contracts (Complex T&C negotiations)
• Capability to manage RFx development, bid evaluation, and contract execution (legal terms)
• Experience structuring lump sum, time and materials, and hybrid contract models
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline

Strong Nice-to-Have's

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems
• Familiarity with supplier qualification and logistics for major equipment <...
