Offshore Renewables division of a FTSE 100 energy business seeks a Senior Solicitor to support the business on major offshore projects. Hybrid - two days a week in a regional office required.

Responsibilities:
You will provide legal advice and support to various stakeholdersProviding high quality legal support on a variety of construction and commercial matters for the development of new off-shore projects and once operating. These may include FIDIC, NEC, Logic, O&M, design, supply and installation agreeements.Gain a clear understanding of strategic priorities and assist in ensuring these are delivered.Engage and manage external counsel.Build and maintain good business relationships.
