Our client is looking for a Senior Project Controls Specialist supporting midstream capital projects through end-to-end cost management, forecasting, and reporting.

Must-haves:

• 7+ years Cost Controls experience on $10MM–$100MM+ projects
• Project cost tracking & forecasting (committed, incurred, cost-to-complete, variances)
• Budget management & reporting including spend curves and performance analysis
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle)
• Invoice validation and contract cost tracking & coding
• Ability to produce accurate cost reports (commitments, actuals, forecasts, variances)
• Experience supporting project estimates and long-range budget planning
• Solid understanding of capital vs expense governance and finance compliance
