Summary:

Leads the development and industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring successful execution from concept through production launch. Drives cross-functional programs focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Provides leadership and direction to an engineering team, including Industrial, Process, Design (Drafting), and Data Entry personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product and process development projects, from concept through launch and stabilization.
• Manage high-visibility, cross-functional programs focused on cost reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables; ensure adherence to business objectives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
