LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Agent Developer for a permanent, full-time 1-year term position with its Ottawa, based customer.

Key Tasks

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Copilot Studio agents including conversational, generative, and action-driven agent experiences
• Implement and manage agent actions and integrations connecting Copilot agents to enterprise workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows only), APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure services, and third‑party platforms
• Lead agent architecture and grounding strategies including knowledge source design, context management, prompt/system instruction design, and response quality controls
