About the Role

Our client is a well-established financial services organisation with a growing engineering presence in Ireland, looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join their expanding Platform & Infrastructure team.

This is a platform engineering role - not DevOps. Application teams own their own pipelines; you'll own the paved roads they run on. That means a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform, internal developer platform (IDP), cloud networking, identity, and policy-as-code.

You'll take major platform initiatives from brief through to production, establish technical standards, mentor engineers at earlier stages of their careers, and work closely with architecture and security on decisions that cut across the organisation.
