Senior Personal Lines Underwriter

This role takes ownership of the investigative, analytical, and mathematical evaluation of insurance risks. By assessing customer information and applying sound analytical judgment, the Underwriter determines whether a risk profile is acceptable for the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that coverage decisions align with Heartlands risk appetite and strategic goals, supporting sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do...

• Underwrite and negotiate high risk/complexity renewals, policy endorsements and new business.
• Identify positive and negative trends in submissions being received and communicate findings to management.
