The Senior Operations Administrator is responsible for carrying out Investment Executive requests and inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner while ensuring that policies and industry regulations are adhere to, as well as Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

**Is this role right for you? In this role you will:**

+ Authorize withdrawals of cash and/or securities from client’s accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures
+ Approve the transfer of money and securities between accounts
+ Review transaction requests and any accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to processing said items
+ Provide continuing education for the Sales force, identify problems, and ensure appropriate follow-up
