Celerity Fiber is looking for a Leader Operation Engineer to oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of its fiber backbone and managed WiFi services in Cali, Colombia. The role requires ensuring SLA compliance and involves leading cross-functional teams within the Service Desk, NOC, and Field Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications, over 8 years of relevant experience, and strong expertise in fiber infrastructure. English fluency (C1) is mandatory.
