Reporting to the Marketing Director and based at Head Office in Kilkenny, this role is responsible for developing the team, elevating the MERLYN brand, and delivering strategic, integrated marketing initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and France.

A proven marketing leader with 7–10 years’ experience managing teams and delivering measurable results. You are highly organised, commercially minded, digitally fluent, and passionate about building brands that win in competitive markets.
