Drive change towards digital capabilities, as well as build the future of operations. Re-imagine and design work related to supporting RBC Edge and Commercial Servicing programs. Deliver transformational changes that achieve measurable improvements in both process efficiency and employee satisfaction. Deliver strategic insights to Lines of Business and Partners, along with responsible for optimizing and transforming operational processes based on unique end-to-end view of rework and costs.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
