Senior Managing Consultant, Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Due Diligence Specialist

Job location – Mississauga or Markham, Ontario

Key responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating environmental due diligence and compliance reviews/auditing projects for industrial, private equity, and legal clients.
• Developing proposals and cost estimates for transactional due diligence and compliance projects, managing project budgets and client deliverables.
• Liaising with subject matter experts regarding related services such as health & safety auditing, climate risk, ESG, and PFAS.
• Leading and mentoring a dynamic group of junior and intermediate staff.
• Conducting independent technical analyses and directing technical analyses of others.
• Independently preparing draft work products and reviewing/editing work products of others.
